FIELD: repair of rubber articles, mainly tyres. SUBSTANCE: hand vulcanizer has support 1, screw clamp 4 with pressure screw 7 to press article 19 to heat conduit with edge projection 9. Connected to heat conduit 9 is heating element in form of posistor 10 connected with supply source. With supply source switched on, posistor 10 quickly heats heat conduit 8 to vulcanization temperature. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, facilitated operation. 3 cl, 3 dwg
