FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: oil pool development method involves working agent injection by means of injection wells and withdrawal of oil by means of producing wells. For leveling the influx profile, the values of porosity and content of clay in the oil bed partings are determined, and averages are calculated. Perforation is performed with less numbers of perforation holes in partings showing lower porosity and higher content of clay, and more perforation holes are done in partings where porosity is lower and the content of clay is higher. This is followed by selective interval-after-interval intensification treatment of the partings, and same operations are performed in the injection wells. In the producing wells, prior to influx profile leveling, watered partings are isolated and cut off. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 tbl
