FIELD: cooling systems of heat-transfer apparatuses; various fields of national economy. SUBSTANCE: device has two coolers 8 introduced in left- and right-hand sections 4 of bottom part of case 1 operating in turn with unit 13 controlling sense of rotation of air fan 7 being changed over so that one of coolers 8 cools down air admitted before snow crust is formed on surface of cooler 8 while on other cooler snow crust thaws out due to heat of outlet air. EFFECT: improved cooling efficiency of heat-transfer apparatuses, increased cooling efficiency of air admitted from surrounding atmosphere, reduced moisture content, improved operating reliability of cooling system. 4 cl, 1 dwg
