FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cooling cabinet, a self-contained air-cooling system with an air cooler, fan, air conduit and a radiator with holes for delivery of air on the conveyor from above. The cooling cabinet incorporates a tunnel whose side walls are aligned with air conduits while the upper wall, with the radiator. The side walls of the tunnel have horizontal slot-like holes whose length relates to the width as 2.5-10. The upper carrying side of the conveyor is positioned in the tunnel below the slot-like holes. The air conduit is provided with a gate to distribute the stream of air between slot-like holes and the radiator. Installed under the upper carrying side of the conveyor is a partition which may be perforated. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 4 dwg
