FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed conveyer stabiliser of small macaroni products is composed of a central and two side modules with the process chamber of the tunnel type divided into two cavities isolated from each other and external environment. There are two band conveyors installed one above the other in the upper cavity, there is a one band conveyor in the lower one. There is no air blow-off in the upper cavity and products are stabilised there, while in the lower one they are cooled down to the packing room temperature by warm air without evaporation. Cooling and stabilising time is 30-40 minutes.
EFFECT: allows improving performance parameters, reducing cost and manufacturing period.
