FIELD: petroleum refining industry. SUBSTANCE: installation has fractionating vacuum tower, which is provided with duct for feeding heater petroleum raw materials to the tower, duct for removing liquid fraction, provided with pump mounted onto it, heat exchanger and cooler. Installation is provided with additional cooler, pump and separator. Vacuum-creating unit is made in form of liquid-gas-jet apparatus, which has input connected with output of additional apparatus along the liquid duct by means of additional pump and cooler. Output along the gas-vapor line is connected with input of additional separator. Additional separator is connected with the tower by duct removing liquid fraction.
