FIELD: oil refinery. SUBSTANCE: method of vacuum distillation provides for feeding of liquid product into capacity under vacuum and gasses and vapors evacuation from it. Upper vacuum fraction is produced, using liquid-gas spraying apparatus for gasses and vapors evacuation with following their condensation due to feeding of vacuum evacuated vapors cooled condensate into active nozzle of liquid-gas spraying apparatus. Method realizing apparatus has vacuum creating device, that has liquid-gas spraying apparatus, cooler, pump and separator coupled in definite way between each other and with fractionating column, and allows to produce ready light condensate of vapors, drawn away from upper part of fractionating column, during use of the condensate as circulating working liquid of liquid-gas spraying apparatus energy of which is used for creation of in column required vacuum and for increase of pressure of noncondensing hydrocarbon and other gasses, separated in vacuum creating device separator from working liquid, to pressure of fuel pipeline of works.
