FIELD: food industry and chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: extractor for recovery of fat vegetable oils and essences with non-polar solvents contains horizontal casing separated with vertical barrier into two sections, and perforated cylindrical-conical drum on hollow driving shaft mounted in casing and having openings. Cylindrical part of drum is made of non-magnetizing material and separated from conical diffuser part with rib on inner surface. Cylindrical part is perforated in the form of supersonic nozzles provided with inlet swirlers and disposed along helical line with constant pitch determined from inequality derived from graphical plotting. Section of casing containing cylindrical part of drum is made of constant magnet with radial pole arrangement and is connected with means supplying extract vapor into this section.
