SUBSTANCE: extractor has horizontal case separated with vertical partition into two sections, cylindrical-conical drum installed axially on a hollow perforated drive shaft and blanked off from one side. Drum is separated with a flange on its inner surface into cylindrical and conical regions, perforations in the former being made in the form of supersonic nozzles and provided with, installed on the entry, swirling appliances fastened with radial gap, which is not less than height of blade flange. Apparatus further has means for feeding extract under pressure into the first, in the direction of material movement, casing section which is connected with suitable fitting, and also fittings for charging and discharging raw material and extract.
