FIELD: pneumatic hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with lock unit, which consists of joint with thrust bearing. The lock unit is mounted onto profiled flange of high pressure chamber for rotation relatively axis of high pressure. Tank filled with coolant is mounted at lower part of the chamber. Substance in amorphous condition is produced due to simultaneous rejection of pressure till achieving atmospheric one and cooling. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 4 dwg
