FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of internal local mechanical stresses of steel structures comprising a housing filled with immersion liquid, acoustic focusing device comprising lenses and interacting with the ultrasonic transducer, and information reception unit with registering sensors. The housing is designed as a metal vessel with the identical acoustic lenses, located in it, from the external side to the housing bottom the receiving piezoelectric converters are fixed, which are located on a focal plane of lenses, and in the upper part the housing is fitted with a steel plug with a spherical surface facing towards acoustic lenses. From the external side the plug has a blind hole, where a lithium cylinder is located, the upper end of which interacts with the studied structure, and from outside it is enclosed by an induction coil fixed in a ring frame, interacting with additionally installed bottom rail, which is connected with bottom rail, and the information reception unit is fitted with an impulse generator, two broadband amplifiers, resistor, analogue-digital converter and personal computer.

EFFECT: possibility of improvement of accuracy of measurement of internal local mechanical stresses in steel structure elements.
