FIELD: removing and processing waste. SUBSTANCE: wastes are preliminary ground and then briquetted to form bricks with a binder. The bricks is transported to the breakage face. Pillars formed of the bricks are staggered. The cross-section of the pillars are hexahedral and its long axis is oriented along the seam dip. The pillar is positioned at a distance from the face which does not exceed the extreme roof rock bay. When the pillars are built up the spaces between the pillars are filled with a stowage material.
