FIELD: frameless prestressed stands of section and wire rolling mills. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a sectional eccentric bushing with a lock to prevent relative turning of its parts, roll support bearings inside said bushing, a cover for axial fixing of the eccentric bushing relative to a chock, and a bushing turning drive. The eccentric bushing is made of outer and inner parts, the inner part being capable of moving relative to outer part, and bearing outer races are fixed in the inner part of the eccentric bushing. A means for axial movement of the roll support is mounted on the inner part of the eccentric bushing and threaded cover interacting with the cover for axial fixing of the outer part of said bushing. EFFECT: higher accuracy of roll axial adjustment, simpler setting and assembly. 1 dwg
