FIELD: heavy engineering industry and metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has two refractory bricks 1 and 2 positioned one on the other and interconnected through member 3 for retaining against transverse shift. Lower brick 2 is provided with conical channel narrowing upwardly and upper brick 1 is provided with mated cylindrical and conical channels 6 and 7 positioned in succession. Conical channel 7 is conjugated with conical channel of lower brick. Two refractory sleeves 8 and 9 with longitudinal molten metal channel are sequentially positioned inside bricks. Lower sleeve has cylindrical and conical outer surfaces and upper sleeve has conical surface. Upper sleeve length l is determined by ratio of 0,8·l1≥l≥ 0,25 l1, where l1 is total length of both sleeves.
