SUBSTANCE: method of protective-decorative finishing of constructions made on the basis of wood pulp and wallboard materials includes preparation of the surface, application of the protective-decorative layer, first the priming layer of the aqueous dispersion of the polymer having 10-30% concentration, then the layer of polymer-cement compound consisting of cement, sand, polymeric ingredient and water, the following finishing of the polymer-cement layer by the decorative loose materials or by the relief pattern till the beginning of the setting.
