FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of finishing surfaces of mineral bases in construction and in the industry of building materials. The method of making concrete floor coating involves applying, onto a mineral base, a priming composition and applying, onto the priming composition, a layer of a polymer-cement composition, wherein a priming polymer composition is used; before applying the layer of the polymer-cement composition, the polymer priming composition is further mixed with washed dry sand until a dense sand layer is formed. The polymer-cement composition has the following make-up, wt %: portland cement 15.0-21.5, 0.315-0.63 fraction sand 21.0-26.6 or 0.63-1.6 fraction sand 25.6-29.5, microcalcite 2.0-2.4, quick lime 0.2-0.26, pozzolan additive 0.10-0.15, liquid polymer-containing modifying additive based on a lignosulphonate salt 0.10-0.14, 5-15 fraction gravel 13.45-30.0 or 5-15 fraction gravel 6.78-15.0 and 3-5 fraction marble crumbs 6.78-15.0, water 6.0-6.4. The liquid polymer-containing modifying additive is premixed with 1/10 part of the required amount of water. The polymer-cement composition is deposited on a completely polymerised priming composition. The invention is developed in subclaims.

EFFECT: producing a non-shrinking coating, having improved strength properties at the early hardening stages, shorter time for making the coating.
