FIELD: electric vehicles. SUBSTANCE: multi-motor electric drive has two traction motors with windings of successive excitation interconnected through the separating diode. The motors are shunted by reverse diode. The exciting windings are shunted by recuperative diode. The anode of the diode is connected with the negative terminal of the power source and the terminal of the fist contactor. Each of the exciting windings with the separating diode is shunted by the second and third contactors. The voltage at the motor terminals is controlled by the pulse interrupter.
