FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: device has receiver of light, level discriminator, signal analyzer, modulation meter, switch element, light flux meter, controller for power supply to lamps, clock pulse generator, modulator, switch for changing light conditions, lamps, emitter, and power source. Light flux from filament lamps of counter vehicle enters the inlet of receiver 9 of light flux and flux of electromagnetic modulated oscillation from emitter. Signals from outlet of receiver of discriminator 1 of light flux level is amplified and separated into two signals. The signal analyzer detects the modulated signal which carries information about the intensity of the light flux of the lamps which is measured by counter vehicle. Modulation meter measures the modulation value. The extent of driver blinding of the counter vehicle can be judged by the modulation value. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
