FIELD: automotive industry; bridge block carriers intended for operation in under heavy road conditions. SUBSTANCE: carrying and fixing device is made in form of supporting framed drum made up of angle-section longitudinal rods rigidly coupled through cross spider-shaped intermediate and end face plates. The latter are made in end face planes of wheel rim and are furnished with central threaded ferrules for coupling part of lever. Intermediate plates have central hole edged by protective ring, one plate is pressed to wheel disk, and the other is installed symmetrically about first one relative to central diametric plane of wheel and is furnished with cantilever braces with support end faces for inner surface of wheel rim. Passed through protective ring of intermediate plates is loading/unloading sling with end loops brought out behind outer surface of wheel tyre for gripping member of winch cable.
