FIELD: sugar and milk industries. SUBSTANCE: crystallization vat includes vertical cylindrical housing with spherical bottom fitted with technological branch pipes, shell of similar shape placed inside it with formation of heat exchanging jacket between them, circulation unit of crystallization of mass composed of vertical axle and blades put over its height with conoidal nozzles, hydraulic pulser, bellows coupling shell bottom to its side wall and gear to unload crystallization mass. Flexible partition to form working chamber is installed in heat exchanging jacket in its lower part formed by spherical bottoms. Hydraulic pulser is connected to it to create vertical vibrations of crystallization mass. Each blade of circulation unit is formed by two spherical discs attached one to the other.
