CRYSTALLIZER Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: sugar dairy products. SUBSTANCE: crystallizer includes vertical cylindrical body with spherical bottom supplied with process pipe branches and heat exchanging housing, a device to stir crystal bulk installed inside the body. The device has vertical axle and a number of disks secured to it along its height. The disks have conical jets directed upwards. The crystallizer is provided with pulse electrodynamic emitter to create oscillations of the crystal bulk. Membrane of the crystallizer is built in body bottom. Emitter is placed outside the body. Disk and axle are hollow and open to each other. Hollow axle is connected through special pipelines to coolant inlet and outlet. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
