FIELD: agriculture, production of sugar. SUBSTANCE: vacuum pan for crystallization of sugar- carrying solution has vertical cylindrical housing equipped with technological branch pipes, heating chamber with central circulation duct built into it and shut across outlet by partition with nozzles directed downwards and vibroagitating unit for circulation of crystalline mass composed of rod and punched disc pusher with nozzles directed downwards mounted on it. Pusher is made hollow and its butt surfaces have spherical shape facing outwards with convexity. Pusher is put in lower part of central circulation duct with minimal clearance between side surface of duct and pusher. EFFECT: simplified design, ensured productional reliability. 3 dwg
