SUBSTANCE: system includes rotation angle pickup, transducer, scaling unit, circuit for controlling rotation drive, shaper of "Clear" command, shaper of code of predetermined position angles, apparatus for determining working off angles, setter unit, registrator, outlet relay unit. System monitors operation angle of charge distributor, detects error at achieving station or rotation angle of charge distributor according to predetermined program and eliminates such error due to applying control circuit signal to rotation drive electric motor. EFFECT: effective control of charge column formation along height of blast furnace at lowered specific consumption of coke, enhanced efficiency of furnace due to increased accuracy of system. 2 dwg
