FIELD: metals nonmechanical treatment. SUBSTANCE: treated metal optical member is placed in operational chamber. Solvent (Freon 114B2) in its tank is heated, using heaters, up to boiling temperature. Formed vapors of solvent are passing through rectification column and subjected to additional rectification. Then vapors are passing through temperature adjusting heat exchanger, condensed and cooled down to temperature, that does not exceed 30 C to prevent oxidation of piece optical surface in hot solvent, and are fed in holder, in which absorption of solvents decomposition corrosive products takes place. After achieving definite degree of pollution solvent is fed through siphon drain and polyethileneterephtalate film and is subjected to selective rectification from processing impurities. After passing through polymeric film share of impurities is decreased from 1 to 10-2 mass EFFECT: improved quality of degreasing. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
