FIELD: hydraulic engineering; separation into source liquids of industrial and ground sewage polluted with oil or oil products and separation of immiscible liquids regardless of the scale and specialization of production. SUBSTANCE: mixture of liquids in receiving chamber 1 is divided into light and heavy phases. After accumulation of a layer of light phase, both phases in a heterogeneous state are discharged into heavy-phase and light-phase receivers 2 and 3. The beginning and termination of discharge of heavy and light phases are determined by the position of the transition layer. The light phase is discharged into receiver 3 through drain hole 4 with branch pipe 8. The heavy phase is discharged into receiver 2 through hole 5 in bottom zone with branch pipe 7. EFFECT: improved functional and operating characteristics. 5 cl, 2 dwg
