Abstract RU 2698667 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil industry and can be used for processing of oil-containing slurries, as well as hydrocarbon-containing crude mixtures. First, oil-containing slag is homogenized by hot water with temperature of 60–65 °C to obtain homogeneous mass with kinematic viscosity of not more than 10.5 mm2/s. Obtained homogeneous mass is passed through safety sieve 3 and is forced by gravity flow or under pressure of not more than 2 atm into process activation device (PAD) 6, in which it is subjected to treatment by magnetostriction, cavitation and ultrasound to produce an oil-in-water emulsion. Part of emulsion during conversion is converted to vapor phase and from outlet PAD 6 is fed into recuperator 7 for condensation to produce emulsion, which is returned to thermostat vessel 8. Another part of emulsion from PAD 6 is supplied by gravity flow to thermostatic vessel 8 for sedimentation of mechanical admixtures, which are then discharged through a system of gate valves to screw conveyor 12, by means of which sediment is sent to a mixer for enrichment with soil-forming microorganisms to obtain soil. Emulsion partially cleaned from mechanical impurities from gravity container 8 by gravity enters gravitational-coalescence separator 9, in which it is finally divided into an oil product sent to a receiving container, water and remaining mechanical impurities, which are removed to the same auger conveyor 12, transmitting them to the mixer for enrichment with soil-forming microorganisms. Technological complex for processing of oil-containing sludge includes unit 1 for selection of oil-containing sludge from accumulators, device for water heating 4, recuperator 7, waste water treatment unit 10, system of gate valves, screw conveyor 12, as well as serially installed safety sieve 3, process activation device 6, thermostatic tank 8, gravitational-coalescent separator 9, having three outlets for removal of purified oil, waste water and discharge of accumulated sediment of mechanical impurities.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to completely process oil-containing sludge at any objects of oil industry with production of high-quality and safe secondary products: oil products, water and soil.
