FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: inner circuit for circulation of fluid is mounted inside the fixed and rotating housings. The circuit affects one of the sealing rings and partially the other rotating and fixed housing. The wall of the housing corresponding to the intermediate gland chamber is provided with the unit made up as blades projecting in intermediate gland chamber. The inner circuit is made up as inlet and outlet passageways arranged along the housing and interconnected through passages of inner connection which go into connecting inlet and outlet paths for their connection with the outer circuit of the fluid.
