In this case the indicated piece has through holes for the coupling threaded pieces to pass and the apparatus has borings with inner thread 4 corresponding to the through holes. The coupling threaded pieces enter these borings. The device has means of constant control and correction of the axle position of the coupling threaded pieces relative to the axles of the corresponding borings with inner thread, means of constant control and correction of the horizontal position of organ 8 and means 9 of the organ displacement for fastening.
