FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: cryogenic trap has a housing with a dead-end offset and a freezing out chamber with the developed surface of heat-exchange placed in the housing. The new feature of the trap is that thermosensitive curved plates are hard-mounted on the interior wall of the housing in the working area of the vacuum cavity of the trap, opposite the freezing out chamber. The distance between the interior wall of the housing and the surface of the freezing out chamber insignificantly exceeds the plate length. The plates are made of the material with the invertible memory of the form with the temperature of martensite transformations similar to the temperature of cryoresidues. EFFECT: simpler design. 2 dwg
