FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: space between pipe line and casing embracing it is evacuated by adsorbent. Adsorbent is placed in tubular cartridges embracing the pipe line. Tubular cartridges form enclosed space. Coil for feeding the heating gas is mounted inside the tubular cartridges. Circular partitions made of heat-conducting material are mounted on either side of cartridges for isolating them from the vacuum chamber of pipe line. Thermovacuum valves are arranged in vacuum chamber of pipe line whose actuating members are made in form of cylinders. On one side, ends of cylinders are secured on outer surface of pipe line by means of thermal bridges, on other side, cylinder ends are rigidly linked with deformable shut-off members received by circular slit provided in each circular partition which is used as seat of the valve. Actuating and shut-off members are made of material possessing inverted form memory. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
