FIELD: cryogenic reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: cryogenic reservoir has vacuum heat insulation and includes inner vessel, casing, heat-insulated chamber between them, chemical cartridge with filter secured on casing; chemical cartridge contains hydrogen absorber; chemical cartridge is made in form of sleeve with double walls and bottom forming circular hermetic chamber divided by gastight filter into inner part filled with chemical absorber and outer part connected with heat-insulated chamber of cryogenic reservoir. In central portion of cartridge thermostat is located which is made in form of cylindrical housing with cover where the following components are arranged: device for direct conversion of mechanical energy received from wind drive into thermal energy and thermal energy accumulator which is in contact with substance.
