FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: housing is divided into two parts by a partition having a hole with thickening. The means for enhancing the bed capacity are functionally integrated with the system for outletting the processed solution and are made as at least two sleeves of the filtering material coaxially mounted in the housing and passed through the hole in the partition. The sleeve ends are secured along the housing perimeter on both sides of the partition. The interior surface of the interior sleeve forms with the housing face ends cavities being in communication with the system of collecting the processed solution. The exterior surface of the interior sleeve and the interior surface of the exterior sleeve form cavities being in communication with the system of the ionite inlet and the system for collecting the saturated ionite. The exterior surface of the exterior sleeve form with the partition cavities being in communication with the system of the solution inlet. The filtering sleeves exercise in the housing the reciprocal motion during which in the cavities filled with ionite and solution the pressure changes, the swirling of the solution flow and other processes occur resulting in the enhanced efficiency of the sorption processes.
