FIELD: casting manufacture. SUBSTANCE: carbamidofuran binder is synthesized by two-stage condensation of carbamide, formaldehyde and furfuryl alcohol. At the first stage of carbamide and formaldehyde condensation in acid medium acetic anhydride is added additionally at concentration 3-5 wt.-% of 2% sulfuric acid solution. At the second stage of synthesis ethylene glycol is added additionally at concentration 5-10 wt.-% of furfuryl alcohol level. Invention ensures to increase tenacity of sand-resin mixture by 1.75-2.25 times and their strength in the hot state by 1.28-1.44 times. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis of binder. 2 tbl
