FIELD: cleaning water. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical filtering member provided with beds made of activated carbon, bactericidal material and ion-exchange resin separated with baffles, facility for supplying initial water connected with the bottom part of the filtering member, charging hopper, discharging branch pipe, and means for providing simultaneous flow of initial water and filtrate connected with the top part of the filtering member. The means is made of a member provided with two passages. One passage connects the space of the filtering member with the discharging branch pipe.
