Clamps 6 are secured to frame 2 by way of cantilevers 8 and made up as endless flexible members 9 rounding rollers 10 in vertical plane. Locking members 11 are mounted on the flexible members. Film material 13 is folded to form corrugated bag 12. The front ends of folds of bag 12 is secured to frame 2 by way of locking members 11. T-shaped seams are used to make free edges 15 on the bag. Locking members 11 are made up as hooks. The points of the hooks pass through the free edges. The shelf for collecting folds of the bag is mounted at the top part of the frame.
