FIELD: trenchless laying of pipes. SUBSTANCE: device for trenchless laying of pipes has frame with guides, pressing mechanism, mechanism for transportation of broken rock, reusable section, working member with body and rock-cutting tool. Pressing mechanism is made in form of winch with rope-and-block system. Rock-cutting tools are made in form of disks with inclined cutting teeth and picks with supporting shank. Body of working member is kinematically connected with electric motor. Body of working member is made in form of hollow shaft and radially located hollow arms. Body inner space accommodates central gear wheel. Installed in inner hollows of arms are gears kinematically connected with central gear wheel. Gears have inclined protrusions on end face surface for moving picks. Each pick is spring-loaded relative to arm and mounted for motion. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
