FIELD: erection and replacement of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: active working member is placed in working foundation pit at required depth; this member is placed on vertical blade of power mechanism. Pipe line to be laid is secured on active working member which is placed in operation and well is formed due to motion of power mechanism. Pipe line is laid in this well.
