FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor internal combustion engine has housing, take-off shaft 14, and constantly rotating outer rotor with inner radial baffle and inner variably rotating shaft with outer radial baffle mounted coaxially to shaft 14. The radial baffles of the outer and inner rotors define a working chambers of varying volume. The driving mechanism of the inner rotor has Maltese cross 17 rigidly connected with the inner rotor and braking disk 25 with hollow 26 and cog 27 mounted on intermediate axle 20. The axle is kinematically connected with shaft 14 through a gear transmission comprising gears 19 and 21. The mechanism for controlling the drive has control disk 22 provided with curved groove 23 and mounted on axle 20, additional gear transmission provided with gears 18 and 24, and control projection 28 of the housing interacting with curved groove 22. The outer rotor constantly rotates together with shaft 14. The inner rotor stops during a period of working and sucking strokes and moves together with the outer rotor. The speed of the inner rotor exceeds the speed of the outer rotor to provide compression and exhaust strokes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 10 dwg
