FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine is provided with blade rotor having two hollow cylindrical shafts mounted coaxially one in other; inner shaft is rigidly connected with pair of diametrically opposite blades and outer shaft is dismountable assembled unit which consists of pair of half-shafts with flanges and pair of twin drive blades connected with flanges of half-shafts over the ends by means of detachable devices. Inserted inside driven shaft is cylindrical bush rigidly secured to the engine stator; on the base of this bush, the valve gear in form of two groups of holes is made; these holes are made on hollow cylindrical bush and on inner shaft in area of the combustion chambers. The chamber of cylindrical bush is divided into fuel-air mixture supply passage and exhaust gas discharge passage by means of axial transverse partition. Varying volumes (combustion chambers) are formed between drive and driven blades. Drive twin blades and drive shaft rotate in stator about its central axis and drive blades rotate about central axis of stator and simultaneously have oscillatory motion relative to the twin blades. Synchronous operation of shafts and their blades is ensured by means of linkage. During rotation of drive shaft with blades, lever and axles of movable gears move about central axis of the engine. Movable gears running over fixed gear rotate about their axes. Circular movement of cranks about axes are transmitted to driven shaft with driven blades through slide blocks and link.
