FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building. Rotary-vane internal combustion engine contains a housing (1) with a working cavity, two coaxial shafts (3, 4) with disks (5, 6), on which sector blades are diametrically located with the possibility of rotation in the working cavity of the housing and a Maltese mechanism (29, thirty). Coaxial shafts (3, 4) are multidirectional, disks and Maltese crosses (19, 20) are fixed to their inner ends. The crosses (19, 20) are fixed with their crank disks (31, 32) on the output shaft (33) with the flywheel (34). On each crank disk (31, 32), rotated relative to each other at an angle of 90°, brake disks (35, 36) are made, and sector blades are made with the ability to create damper chambers during rotation.
EFFECT: reducing engine wear.
