The evaporating members are made up as Z-shaped labyrinth baffles-ribs secured to the top outer wall of the housing of the heating chamber. The baffle-ribs define curved passageways coupled with the exhaust pipe line of the engine. The device can be provided with an electric motor arranged along the axis of the heating chamber from the side opposite to the site of connection of the pipe line for supplying heat carrier to the heating chamber.
