FIELD: chemical-photography industry. SUBSTANCE: method of composition preparing involves preparing silver stearate, synthesis of silver halide on the surface of silver stearate by method of fractional single-jet emulsification by successive addition of the following component: solution N1 containing silver stearate, alkaline metal bromide and water; solution N2 containing silver nitrate and water; solution N3 containing alkaline metal bromide and water. Then method involves washing silver salts mixture with isopropanol, dispersing silver salts and phthalamide in polyvinylbutyral solution in isopropanol, addition of succinimide to prepared suspension, chemical sensibilizing agent, optical sensibilizing agent and the following addition of reducing agent. To increase photosensitivity at short-time exposition at silver halide synthesis cadmium bromide at concentration 0.5-2.0 mole% is added additionally to the solution N3. Also, to increase photosensitivity at short-time exposition potassium thiocyanate at concentration (1-3) x 1-3·10-3 mole/mole AgBr is added to thermal developed composition before addition of chemical sensitizing agent, and after addition of optical sensitizing agent N,N′-diphenylguanidine at concentration 0.5-2 mole/mole AgBr is added.
