FIELD: optics; measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has photoreceiver and rotating diaphragm mounted in front of photoreceiver. Diaphragm is made in form of disk with holes disposed along spiral of Archimedes. Bushings with through channels are inserted into holes. Surfaces of bushings and disk turned to light source are made to reflect image. Focussing system and slit diaphragm are disposed between photoreceiver and diaphragm with point holes. Slit diaphragm is mounted for rotation about its own optical axis. Moreover, slit diaphragm in front of photoreceiver is disposed at image plane of point diaphragm. Surfaces of disk and bushings may be made at some angle to optical axis. EFFECT: improved efficiency; improved precision of measurement. 4 cl, 1 dwg
