SUBSTANCE: at flour stock preparing paste-like semifinished product prepared from sunflower oil and powder-like glucose-fruit product and dry curd whey as milk product were added additionally to the pastry formulation. To the mixture for chocolate filler preparing dry curd whey obtained by spraying drying is added. EFFECT: improved quality, decreased cost of pastry.
