FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing narcotic gas mixture into precooled and evacuated adsorber units. Admixtures are removed by means of repeated evacuation of the adsorber units with their concurrently heating up to the xenon recondensation temperature. Pure xenon is fed into a precooled vessel. To put the method in practice, device has reclamation line provided with tubular supply lines, pressure pickups, means for changing pressure and reservoir for discharging processed mixture, at least two adsorber units and storage tank. The last of the above mentioned devices are connected in parallel to the reclamation line by means of cut-off members designed as vacuum valves. The storage tank is designed as high pressure cylinder. EFFECT: saved production costs. 2 cl, 1 dwg
