FIELD: disintegration of materials. SUBSTANCE: mill has device for rotation of the housing and device having resilient members in the rotor or in its bearings. The latter decreases unbalance due to eccentricity of rotating material with respect to the rotor. The rotor is made up as one or two separate parts rotating in opposite directions. The housing and rotor have ring shelves provided with ring collars guarding the inner surface of each shelf. Centrifugal forces press the material to shelves and contribute to collecting the material on the shelves resulting in protecting the shelf against wearing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 cl, 4 dwg
