FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: electrode coating contains complex ferroalloy obtained from manganese ore and used as reducer. Composition components are used in the fallowing ratio, by weight: component containing titanium oxide 30-55; metal carbonate 5-20; ferroalloy 10-18; cellulose 1-3; muscovite concentrate 8-35; magnesium hydrosilicate 2-10. Composition may contain powdered iron in an amount of 8-10% by weight to increase fusing coefficient and improve welding properties. Ferroalloy contains, by weight: manganese 26-32; aluminum 4-5.5; silicon 4-8; titanium 13-22. EFFECT: improved processing and welding characteristics (pulping of component, molding, dispersion coefficient, easy arc excitation, depth of coating layer ) for manufacture of electrodes and for welding. 2 cl, 1 tbl
