SUBSTANCE: welding electrode includes rod of low-alloy wire with metallic coating containing, %: component including titanium oxide, 35-55; metal carbonate, 5-20; mica phlogopite concentrate, 8-35; ferromanganese, 1-6; cellulose, 1-3; magnesium hydrosilicate, 5-10; sintered refractory periclase powder, 10-15. Periclase powder contains, %: magnesium oxide, 86.5; calcium oxide, 7.2; silicium oxide, 3.2; impurities, 3.1.
