FIELD: ceramic production.
SUBSTANCE: composition of ceramic slips intended for the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors based on alkali-containing dielectrics. The proposed slip for the manufacture of ceramic film includes functional ceramic powder, polyvinyl butyral, a two-component organic solvent, which is a mixture of ethyl alcohol and a second organic solvent - butyl acetate, taken in a weight ratio of 1.5-2.44, and a plasticizer - dialkyl phthalate or alkyl benzyl phthalate, while the slip additionally (over 100%) contains alcohol-soluble lithium salt LiCl in the following ratio of components, wt.%: ceramic powder 50.0-64.5; polyvinyl butyral 3.5-6.2; organic solvent 42.0-31.0; plasticizer 1.0-1.8; alcohol-soluble lithium salt 0.02-0.08. As a functional ceramic filler, the slip contains powder of a hollandite-like solid solution of composition KxMeyTi(8-y)O16, where x = 1.2-2.0; where Me is a transition metal, y=x for Mu3+, which has a high dielectric constant in a wide frequency range.
EFFECT: proposed composition of the slip makes it possible to eliminate the leaching of potassium from the dielectric composition during the preparation of the slip mass and provides an increase in the dielectric constant and a reduction in the dielectric losses of the ceramic film obtained by sintering sheets moulded using the slip of the proposed composition.
