FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to creation of multilayer structures from high-temperature oxide materials, which are used in gaseous media for determination of oxygen content. High-temperature electrochemical cell contains layers of ceramic films of oxide materials, namely a layer of zirconium dioxide as a solid electrolyte, on which a reference and working electrodes are applied, and two layers of an aluminium-magnesium spinel, one layer as an insulator and another layer for heating elements. Layers are made of ceramic powder of zirconium dioxide, which is stabilized in cubic phase of 8 mol.% of yttrium oxide, and ceramic powder of aluminium-magnesium spinel with 40% of excess magnesium oxide, wherein the specific surface area of zirconium dioxide Ssp(ZrO2) corresponds to range of 8,000-9,000 cm2/g, and the specific surface area of the aluminium-magnesium spinel Ssp(MgAl2O4) corresponds to range of 12,500-14,500 cm2/g, ratio of specific surface areas of MgAl2O4 to ZrO2 is close to 1.67.
EFFECT: simplifying the process of making an electrochemical cell of an oxygen sensor and obtaining a high-temperature electrochemical cell operating at multiple thermal pumping.
